Sergeant at Arms: 
Arrive by 7:00 to prepare room for club meeting.  This includes placing suitcase of name badges by the receptionist on the first floor, set standing Rotary sign on 2nd floor, set American Flag, club banners, guest book and raffle tickets on table in meeting room. Store away after meeting.
 
Invocator:
Deliver an inspirational message, reading, or prayer to set a positive tone for the meeting. If possible, email your invocation to Neal for installation into this week’s Rotary Spoke newsletter – nenzen1@gmail.com.
 
Greeter:
Arrive by 7:00 to welcome members, visiting Rotarians, and guests.  Wear greeter badge and have guests sign the guest book.   Speakers, and guests who are prospective members, do not need to pay for breakfast.  Visiting Rotarians and guests pay $13.00 for hot plated breakfast or $7.50 for cold breakfast.   Coffee is free. Money to Mac Hardin.
 
Happy Bucks:
Make it fun , collect happy bucks, and give to Mac Hardin.

Raffle: 
Arrive by 7:00 and sell raffle tickets according to prices listed.  One card for every ticket purchased.   Cards drawn are not placed back in the deck until the Joker, the winning card is drawn.   Winner takes half and the other half to the club treasury. 
 
Arrange Program/Speaker:
Recruit a speaker for interesting and meaningful program that passes Rotary’s 4 way test of 1)  Is it the truth?  2)  Is it fair to all concerned?  3)  Will it build goodwill and better friendships?  4)  Will it be beneficial to all concerned?  Provide logistical information to the speaker and give introduction at the meeting.
 
“Vocational”:  (10-15 minutes)
Vocational (you are paid to do): Career history … current occupation … industry … profession.
or focus on …
Avocation (no one pays you to do but you love to do):  volunteering … coaching … building responsible youth … continued education … your Rotary experience.
or focus on …
Life experiences (past, present, or aspirations for the future):  hometown roots … family … special accomplishments … hobbies … travel …retirement plans.
